This aspect of the Jeremiah 29 Challenge is at one level always the case. Prayer is the main call of the Church throughout the ages. Unless we commune with the Lord we cannot understand Him and His ways.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours. Now and for ever.

Seek the Lord with all our heart

At the end of all our prayer efforts in corporate intercession we at CCM believe we must always give our primary time in prayer to developing passionate times of personal relationship with Him. Deuteronomy 4:29 But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.
CCM holds prayer as central to all its meetings of Trustees and events / projects.

"The Vision" by Pete Greig (24-7 Prayer)

That being said we are partnered with Jonathan Oloyede, and the National Day of Prayer initiative, which we believe has been raised up to help the UK Church, as a whole, intercede for the UK culture during this period of the Church’s exile from it.

As early as 2008 we were engaging with the Global Day of Prayer following the first event at West Ham Stadium in 2007. The event at The Den, the stadium for Millwall FC, was captured for your interest in the video below.

During 2009 we continued to partner closely with Jonathan as the growing vision for Stadium Prayer events was growing. See the video below which captures some of the excitement of the time as this revelation was being given.

We were particularly committed to the National Day of Prayer held on 29 September 2012 at Wembley Stadium. A video record of our involvement has been collated to act as an encouragement to remember how much prayer was co-ordinated throughout the day and the months leading up to it.
We are keeping in contact with Jonathan Oloyede as the “Joining the Dots” initiative of NDOP continues to grow in 2014, especially the Neighbourhood Prayer Network.
